Back to Sicily today, and to early morning beach hopping.
Cala Bianca in a beautiful small bay, minutes from the town. You can find it here. Just park the car and take the narrow path down to the sea.
Unfortunately the beach can get covered with seaweed if the sea has been rough during the night, so the best thing if this happens is to find a spot to sit on the rocks just next to it.
Being on the rocks you’ll be closer to my favourite spot, a soft platform where you can actually walk on water.
Bikini top – Bikini bottom (same colour different style) – Sunglasses – Flower hair band
I watched the waves crash into the platform for some time before hading towards them with my new friend.
Inspired by my favourite blog I bought this pink doughnut earlyer this summer and it turned out to be the best purchase in a long time 🙂 . I had soo much fun during our holiday!
We spent the morning exploring the bay, jumping off rocks and peacefully floating on the clear sea.
Being so early (we got to the beach around 7) we had the place almost to ourselves. We climbed back up just in time for lunch, in the nearby village of Scopello (see more about it here).
Pane cunzatu is so simple and soo good. Warm bread with cheese, tomatoes, anchovies and olive oil straight from the oven.
Heaven.
If you are in town, this bakery is a must, but be ready for queues!
